T4 polynucleotide kinase
Isolated from a recombinant E. coli strain this enzyme catalyzes the transfer of the terminal phosphate group of ATP to 5'-OH ends of DNA. T4 polynucleotide kinase is suited for labelling of 5'-OH ends of DNA with ć32P-ATP.
One unit is the amount of enzyme that incorporates 1 nmol of acid-insoluble 32P in 30 minutes at 37ºC.
10 mM K-phosphate buffer pH 7.0; 100 mM NaCl; 0.5 mM EDTA; 1 mM DTT; 0.01% Tween 20; 50% glycerol (v/v)
Store T4 polynucleotide kinase below 0ºC, preferably at -20ºC, in a constant temperature freezer.

350 mM Tris-HCl pH 7,6; 50 mM MgCl2; 25 mM DTT
